[pdftex] Hyperref multiline TextField height in PDFs

In older versions of hyperref, this attribute was overridden with a
default height, if the TextField is declared multiline. This was fixed
in version 6.73h from 2002-12-10. Check your version of hyperref and
install the current incarnation from CTAN if necessary.
