[pdftex] hyperlink cutoff?

Hi, All:

I generate a hyperlink by hyperref in pdflatex like this:

\href{http://www.dee-inc.com/netstore/catalog/producttype.asp?SubCategory=ON
-OFF,Double+Pole+/+Double+Throw,+Rocker,+Switches}{http://www.dee-inc.com/ne
tstore/catalog/producttype.asp?SubCategory=ON-OFF,Double+Pole+/+Double+Throw
,+Rocker,+Switches}

when I point to the link in acrobat, the popup link shows exactly what I
want but somehow my IE goes to:
http://www.dee-inc.com/netstore/catalog/producttype.asp?SubCategory=ON-OFF

that is, the link gets cut off before the fist comma. How should I fix it?
