[pdftex] Problem with colors in included PDF file

As there is no "EPDF" standard, it might also be wise to keep PDF=PDF,
i.e., default to \defaultcolor=none.

Once the feature is documented, users of \defaultcolor=black would
hardly be inconvenienced and the behavior of PDFs would remain
unchanged.
