[pdftex] How to get menus with fullscreen mode?

First: Overriding the Fullscreen Mode should be 

	\hypersetup{pdfpagemode=None}

Second: You still get the menues in Fullscreen if you
use the Keyboard shortcuts, e.g. Alt+F for _F_ile.
>From there on you can also use the mouse. 
It might depend on the OS that runs acroread, though.
