Ok, but at least it is easy to multiply / divide by powers of ten 
(oh: or maybe just for me ? ) !

BTW: we are  using  the metric system,  and  we are switching to   the
euro...  and the conversion factor from any european currency affected
will definitely not be a power of ten :-))
