[pdftex] Embedding Exif-Style JPEG graphics

    Another solution that seems to work is to use ImageMagick's 
    convert utility.

    convert old.jpg new.jpg

    Is there still ongoing work to get pdftex to read JPEG/Exif
    or has that effort died?

    I'm currently using:

    pdfeTeX (Web2C 7.3.3.1) 3.14159-0.14h-released-20010417-2.1
    kpathsea version 3.3.3.1
