[pdftex] xpdf markers

Xpdf viewer will start up at a specific page if you 
open it with 
xpdf foo.pdf 101
...for page 101. 

According to the man page it will also open at specific marker in 
the pdf file. OK, using pdftex, how do I insert that marker into 
the pdf output at a particular place? 

As always I am talking about pdftex and not pdflatex.
