[pdftex] Installing on RedHat server

Hello,

Last problem was a problem of permission. I overcome that.
Unfortunately, something is still wrong.
I appreciate if you can help with the following log. Theformer part is for
latex, the latter for pdflatex. Is my ISP's installation missing something?
