[pdftex] new version of PPower4

Finally there is a new release of P^4 (PPower4), which can be used to
prepare presentations in PDF format which include pages building up
step by step, highlighting and more.
The former beta version has become the official release 0.9.
With this version it is possible to post process also PDF files
created not only with pdflatex, but also with vlatex or even with
the combination of LaTeX and dvipdfm. 
The post processor is implemented in Java. It requires Java 1.2.x or newer.

Suggestions or other hints for improvement are welcome.
