[pdftex] new pdftex binaries

I have put new standalone win32 pdftex binaries available from there :

ftp://ftp.dante.de/pub/fptex/standalone/bin-pdftex.development-3.14159-1.10a-beta-20021115-win32.zip

The xpdf library used is version 2.0 .
There are other changes so be warned that this maybe unstable
stuff. On the other hand your reports about good / bad results will be
welcome.

Do not forget to rebuild your formats.
