you've already had two answers to this question on c.t.t -- why do you
need yet another?

ctan: systems/pdftex/snapshots (doesn't contain the very latest)
      systems/unix/tetex-beta  (latest known stable)

sebastian also gave you a pointer to somewhere in the texlive
repository.
