[pdftex] Security settings and pdftex

"It bloats the code" ? According to the Webster dictionary "bloat" means 
"to cause to swell up or inflate" and couting the size you can see that 
this is indeed a very SMALL piece of pdftex.

You must been using the word "bloat" with some other meaning ...
