Yes, in my documents already published years ago, the thumbnails
look fine with Acrobat Reader 4.05, but are only partially
displayed (some completely, some half, some not at all) in
Acrobat Reader 5 for Linux. I hope its a Reader bug since the
published documents are irreversibly published on read-only
servers and CD-ROMs.
