Hi,
I installed the latest teTeX-beta but I didn't update pdftex.map.
Thus, when running pdftex I get messages like:
> Warning: pdflatex (file pxsy): Font pxsy at 1134 not found
> kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 2+420/600 --dpi 1620 rpxmi
> mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for rpxmi.
> Warning: pdflatex (file rpxmi): Font rpxmi at 1620 not found
> kpathsea: Running mktexpk --mfmode / --bdpi 600 --mag 1+534/600 --dpi 1134 rpxmi
> mktexpk: don't know how to create bitmap font for rpxmi.
Since the final PDF file is broken and cannot be processed by
acroread, I think that an error message should be issued instead of
a warning.
Unfortunately, pdftex obviously exits with status 0. This is
certainly a bug.
I used a Makefile, and make depends on the exit status...
Regards,
Reinhard

Microsoft isn't the answer. Microsoft is the question, and the answer is NO.
