[pdftex] hide page numbers/ show chapters as bookmarks

1) Does anybody know how i can tell pdflatex
not to show page numbers on "part"-pages
(docclass "book")?

I've tried several combinations of "part{}"
with "thispagestyle{empty}" but without 
success.

2) How can I include single chapters (like 
the bibliography that is not included by default) 
so that they are shown in the bookmark-frame of 
acro reader?
