[pdftex] MPS code that drives gv/acroread crazy

Everything's works just fine; actually, this is what I am doing
at the moment.  The problem is that, while the figures that I am
currently using, do not make use of these specials, other
features of Functional MetaPost make use of them.  Therefore, it
would be better if I could fix the special code, rather than just
omitting it.
