[pdftex] Pdflatex printing problems / Acrobat Reader

Greetings,

Please disregard my previous posting to this group.  After several hours
of trying different solutions, a friend convinced me to update my miktex
distribution (why didn't I think of that?).  Doing so and regenerating my
document with pdflatex fixed the problem.
