But many entries for the EC/TC fonts remain. Therefore combine
stripped map files with my patch to get best speedup.

psfonts.map or pdffonts.map are generated by updmap. So
changes are better placed in texmf/web2c/updmap.cfg
TeX Live 7 contains a very improved version.
