[pdftex] Bookmarks

I would like to use \textcolor in \pdfoutline for example

\pdfoutline user {<</S /GoToR /F (CovHolyTrinBap.pdf) >>} count 0 
{\textcolor{red}{Baptisms}}

but pdflatex complains and gives

! Argument of \reserved at a has an extra }.
