[pdftex] hyperref with Roman

A minimal example file is missing. So I can only
guess:

The list is wrong implemented. \label uses
\the<listcounter> to get the value of the
counter <listcounter>. This can be fixed by
  \renewcommand{\the<listcounter>}{\Roman{<listcounter>}
