[pdftex] Fonts

I used to include the Times fonts in my pdflatex-document.
The fonts in the resulting ducument are 
Times-Roman Times-Bold CMR12 CMMI12 MSBM10

Now I saw a pdf-document generated with pdflatex with the
following fonts: CMSS17 CMR12 CMTT12 CMBX12 CMMI12
How do I make pdflatex to use these fonts instead of Times ?
