[pdftex] RE: pdftex digest, Vol 1 #165 - 1 msg

I am trying to compile a conference proceedings using pdftex for
distribution on CD. In order to have small file size, i was planning to give
links to external files for full papers. Using \href{paper1.pdf}{Full Paper}
i am able to create a link, but such a link is not satisfactory. Is it
possible to view the full paper in new window/viewer, like we launch a link
in new window in a browser using javascript window.open(paper1.pdf) ?
