[pdftex] Using variables in \pdfinfo

Is it possible to use variables like \@author, \@title, etc. in a \pdfinfo
structure ??
Something like this:
\pdfinfo{
	/Title (\@title)
	/Creator (Munin)
	/Producer (pdfLaTeX)
	/Author (\@author)
}%
will result in the variables being written to the .pdf like this:
/xxxxx (\spacefactor \@m variablename)
