Whoops, on my last posting of pointers to xpdf, I forgot to add ones
for ghostscript and gv.

ghostscript is at:

	ftp://ftp.gnu.org/gnu/ghostscript/ghostscript-6.51.tar.gz
	http://download.sourceforge.net/ghostscript/ghostscript-7.03.tar.gz

The latter is the newer Aladdin version, which has a different license
from the GNU version.

gv is at:

	ftp://thep.physik.uni-mainz.de/pub/gv/

[That host is unreachable at the moment.]

gsview is at:
	ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/ghostgum/
	ftp://mirror.cs.wisc.edu/pub/mirrors/ghost/ghostgum/beta
