[pdftex] printing problem

Just a guess.. Do you happen to have any hairlines (i.e. lines with
zero width) in the document? Acrobat will print them with some minimum
thickness, whereas some interpreter might use one-pixel width (too
narrow to look good).

Otherwise, it seems that Fiery has a problem.
