As promised earlier, I've made a patch for pdftex 14h which lets
it honour the /Rotate attribute of page objects.

   http://www.oneiros.de/tex/pdftex/pdftex-linux-014i-pretest-ArtCom-20010530.zip

This contains the new source code with rcs files, binaries for
Linux-i386 and a test case.

I've attached the README below.

Have fun

-------------- next part --------------
This is a patched version of pdfTeX 0.14h-released-20010417
named 0.14i-pretest-ArtCom-20010530 compiled for Linux-i386 which
contains the patch by Otfried Cheong <otfried at cs.uu.nl> (see
http://tug.org/pipermail/pdftex/2001-May/008262.html).

With this patch pdftex honours the /Rotate flag for included
pages (see pdfspec v1.3 p. 78).

The directory "test" contains a test case:
test/rotate.014h.pdf is the output of unpatched pdftex
test/rotate.pdf is the output of the patched pdftex

Applying this patch fixes the problem.

To apply the patch, replace the files "epdf.h" and "pdftoepdf.cc"
in "src/texk/web2c/pdftexdir" of pdftex-14h by these patched
versions, and compile normally. On Linux-i386 you can use the
enclosed binaries.

Please report bugs to Martin Schr?der <ms at artcom-gmbh.de> .
