[pdftex] bug in ttf2afm?

Hi!

Are there any limitations of ttf2afm when used on truetype files with
many glyphs? Here it is not possible to extract the metrics of the last
258 glyphs. This happens with the version which comes with
pdftex-14h.

Here's an encoding for Palatino Roman:

/BugEncoding [
/uni037A /tonos
] def

> Warning: ttf2afm(file pala.ttf): glyph `tonos' not found

And this is an encoding for Lucida Sans Unicode:

/BugEncoding [
/2518 /2519
] def

> Warning: ttf2afm(file l_10646.ttf): glyph `2519' not found

Does anybody know how I can access these glyphs?
