[pdftex] Binding correction ignored by pdftex

Hallo,

Im using pdftex and i have the problem that pdftex ignores the
parameters for the Binding Correction. I need the Binding correction to
produce correct doublesided reports. The function Binding correction is
included in the Komascript-package. The Binding correction will be
correctly translated to the DVI-File, but not to the PDF-File.
