[pdftex] Patch for pdftex for subsetted font printing problem

If you are asking me, Fabrice, yes, I would recommend it because I don't
think Adobe will fix Acrobat's font engine anytime soon.  But I would much
rather have Thanh look over the source and approve it, or modify it to suit
his tastes.
