[pdftex] Bug: CMYK-TIFFs are written out as DeviceRGB

With pdftex 0.14i: According to writeimg.c included tiffs are
"converted" to either DeviceGray or DeviceRGB. If the tiff has
more than three channels (e.g. it's CMYK) this is clearly wrong.

Vote: remove tiff inclusion from pdfTeX. :-{
