Mixed results here:
- JAWS doesn't like it (seems as the picture causes trouble)
- Harlequin doesn't like it
- The first page with the picture removed (with Acrobat 4) goes
  through JAWS, Harlequin and GS 7.01
- The whole file saved from Acrobat 4 runs through JAWS but not
  Harlequin and GS 7.01
- Illustrator 9 has no problems opening the original file; so do
  Acrobat 4/5 and the OSX previewer.
