I tried that and didn't work. I checked the list archives, and it 
seems to be that there is not yet a workaround for this problem, or 
is there one?

The sample file at http://www.missouri.edu/~oc918/borsuk.pdf can be 
printed with AR 4 with no problem, but with AR 5 some fonts are 
changed to Courier. Other than using dvips and Distiller (or not 
using AR 5), what else could I try?
