Strange; your DNS seems to be misconfigured; use direct
IP instead:

$ nslookup tug.org
Server:  localhost
Address:  127.0.0.1

Name:    tug.org
Address:  130.225.2.178

$ nslookup www.tug.org
Server:  localhost
Address:  127.0.0.1

Name:    tug.org
Address:  130.225.2.178
Aliases:  www.tug.org

Latest is as always at http://ftp.cstug.cz/pub/tex/local/cstug/thanh/pdftex/snapshots/ (for beta-testing)
