[pdftex] hyperref and cite

Indeed, citesort is very old, that's why I used cite instead.
Unfortunately, however, cite doesn't work together with hyperref (at
least with respect to sorting and compressing the numerical
references).
In the meantime I found a solution using natbib instead of cite.
Natbib knows the option "sort&compress", and with a small additional
workaround, the combination natbib/hyperref produced exactly what I
wanted to have.
