according to the docs, it seems that setting CMap resource is not

WRT glyph naming, nothing needs to be done.
the AdobeStandard encoding(s) mentioned above is (are) not the only
encoding(s) which does not need to be supplied with the ToUnicode CMap:
characters from the full Unicode range do not need a ToUnicode CMap
provided that the Type 1 fonts use correct glyph names.
is this true?
