[pdftex] tagged PDF files?

Hi all.
I'm wondering if anyone is working on, or have an example of,
creating the new 'tagged PDF' files with PDFTeX?

I've been reading Adobe's whitepapers on their 'MakeAccessible'
plugin for Acrobat 5, and my guess is that we should be able
to create the tags in PDFTex without using the plug-in, but
I'm not sure...

anybody working with this?
