I merged all the patches and put a pretest of 1.00a on
ftp://ftp.cstug.cz/pub/tex/local/cstug/thanh/pdftex/snapshots
(only sources are available).

This release is in sync with texlive server.

PS: I am leaving on Tuesday, so the last day I can check and fix any
*minor* problems is Monday. After that date, all bugs will be fixed at
least after 30 Aug.
