[pdftex] pdftex-pdfcrypt update 20010418

This is to announce the update of the special version of pdf[e]tex
0.14h-20010310 enhanced with encryting capability (18/04/2001). Note that
the only change incorporated to the latest regular release of pdftex
(regarding TIFF) is also present in this version, even if it is build
from pdftex release 20010310.

Precompiled linux and djgpp binaries are available by anonymous ftp here:
<ftp://bioinf.medicina.uniovi.es/pub/>
The usual diclaimer applies.

Windows and solaris binaries are not yet available. Sorry.

But don't desesperate, the next regular release is expected to incorporate
the pdfcrypt sources.

This version has the ability to produce encrypted pdf files with the
owner/user password protection scheme described in the adobe PDFref
manual.
