[pdftex] Djgpp version of pdftex-pdfcrypt

Somebody asked about a djgpp version of pdftex with encryption.
Finally I managed to install the cross-compiler and to compile
binaries that correspond to pdftex-pdfcrypt-20010331.

They are available at

Please, report bugs to me.
Sources have been sent to Han The Thanh but they are not yet integrated
into the regular release.
