[OzTeX] Lost outline fonts

My records indicate you have the OzTeX CD so just install the TrueType
fonts you want from the OzTeX/Extras/TrueType/ directory (the
CM and AMS subdir is probably the most useful).
Make sure you read the notes in the "*** Read Me ***" file.
