[OzTeX] jpg

Hello,

I have used OzTeX many years ago to write my thesis and am just
restarting to use it for private purposes. 

My system: Mac OS 10.2.8 and OzTeX 5.2, also Acrobat 5.0

My question to the experts: How do I include jpg-pictures into my
LaTeX-documents? Please explain what I need to do in dummy-lingo, since
I am no computer-wizard. I tried what is explained in the documentation
but the results (i.e. the embedded pictures) is very poor and far from
original quality.
