[OzTeX] can't set TextWrangler as default

Greetings,

I've placed the lines

%

   text_editor = !Rch     - (TextWrangler's signature)
% text_editor = R*ch     - for BBEdit

in my Local file and reloaded it, but OzTeX still thinks BBEdit is my 
default text editor.  How can I can convince it otherwise?
