[OzTeX] Printing and MF - OzTeX spins

Yep, I can reproduce the problem.  OzTeX is getting stuck in a loop at the
end of the print process after OzMF has created all the missing PK fonts
(which is why the next time you print it works fine).

I'll try to fix this and release a new version in the next few days.
Until then I recommend previewing the dvi file before printing.
In the View foo.dvi dialog make sure "Ignore missing fonts" is unticked
and "Make missing PK fonts" is ticked.  Then select Page Info from the
View menu so OzMF will be called to make all missing fonts on all pages.
