[omega] ttf to omega font

Hi,

 

How can I convert my Unicode ttf font to omega font format? I have tried the
ttf2tfm utility, but it ignores all Arabic characters after 256 character
limit. What is the encoding format of "T1-WGL4.enc" file?  

 

What is the encoding scheme for Arabic letters and glyphs in omega fonts?
