[omega] How to use Omega

Dears,

 

How can I compose an Arabic/Urdu text document using Omega. I have MikTeX
installed on my system. I will be grateful if someone sends me a sample
Arabic.tex file.

 

I have downloaded omega package
(ftp://ftp.dante.de/tex-archive/systems/omega.tar.gz) from
http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/omega.html
<http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/help/Catalogue/entries/omega.html> . Is it
the latest one?
