[metapost] metapost 1.999 Semicolon Weirdness

...seems not so, it's fine also with METAFONT, maybe since there is a
semicolon at the end inside the pen_pickup_ macro definition. So it
somehow works with a following draw, but it crashes if the pickup line
is duplicated, so anyway it's safest to type a semicolon there.
