Thanks, Taco and Troy.  I had actually already figured this out yesterday. 
I wanted to inform the list, but I saw that my original message was not 
received on this list shortly after.  I created another account with my 
other email address, and my test message was not received either.  I 
figured there must have been a problem with the list or this list is 
moderated.
