[metapost] how to use mpstoeps on a Windows machine

Hi,
   I would like to know detailed instructions on how to use the mpstoeps script by Troy Henderson on a Windows machine (I have Win XP SP3). I have installed perl on my machine but then I don't know how to proceed. I've read that mpstoeps is for Unix machines only!
