This error message is clear. Unfortunately, it cannot be
fixed properly without recompiling dvitomp. There is an
internal limit to the number of fonts that a DVI file may
use, and that limit is easily reached when using CJK fonts
with all their TFM snippets.

If a binary for linux2.6/i386 will help, I can send you
one offlist?
