Hi Steve and Michael,

I can only wish that there is someone on the list who
uses miktex and knows what to do (there have been 180
downloads of the miktex zip, so I assume that there is
a good chance that that is the case).

I do not use Windows at all, so unfortunately cannot help.
I have only uploaded the zip file that was sent to me by
the miktex maintainer.
